In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter „GDPR”), I hereby inform you that:

2. We will process your personal data:
a) To the extent permitted by labour or civil law for the purpose of carrying out the present recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), other data, including contact details, based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), which may be revoked at any time,
(b) in subsequent recruitments if you agree (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR), which may be revoked at any time,
(c) if the documents contain data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR, your consent to their processing (Article 9(2)(a) of the APRC) may be revoked at any time,
(d) to perform the employer’s or customer’s obligations under labour law or other legislation (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR),
(e) in order to register persons for social security (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation under the Social Security Act),
(f) in order to keep tax and accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation under the Accounting Act),
(g) in order to establish, investigate or defend against a claim (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests of the administrator – defence of the interests of the entrepreneur).

(3) Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
In case of your consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be used for a period of 4 years.

Your personal data may be made available to:
a) our students – data necessary to conduct the course (we do not provide your address),
(b) our trusted subcontractors and associates,
(c) entities involved in the investigation of claims,
d) authorized government authorities who will ask us to share your data.
We do not share your data or transfer it to a third country/international organization.

5 In connection with the provision of your personal data to us, you have the right to:
a) access your personal data;
b) demand immediate rectification of your data, which are inaccurate, and to complete them if they are incomplete,
(c) require the deletion of their personal data,
(d) request that processing be restricted in specific cases,
e) notification by the administrator of each recipient to whom we will disclose your data, about changes made by you to your personal data (rectification, deletion, restriction),
(f) request that an objection be raised to the processing of data,
(g) require the transfer of data.
